Coffee Table Book Spotlight || Home
I have to share this coffee table book with you that I received recently: Home- The Way We Live Now, edited by Noel Millea and published by Rizzoli. It is fabulous, inspiring, and such a treat to look through! I was so lucky to win this book in an Instagram giveaway by Diane James Home (I'm the biggest fan of their faux florals) and to top it off, Jane Beiles, one of the photographer's of the book, was the one to send it to me! I rarely win anything so this was quite the surprise. The book now has turned into a real favorite. It covers the best of The New York Times Home section, so you know it's going to be good. It takes a looks at how contemporary homeowners make the most of their living space with style. It covers a variety of homes- from sleek and modern mountain homes, to cottages and tiny city apartments to grand spaces like a chateau in France, all with varying styles, from shabby chic to ultra minimalist. They all showcase how we live today and how clever and creative the homeowners are. Included are the homes of the owner of Schoolhouse Electric, one of the designers behind the Mansur Gavriel bags, and the founders of Houzz to name a few.
Fabulous right? I think you will really enjoy this one and it would also make a perfect Holiday gift. I think we are all looking to be inspired and this book is a perfect solution.
Thank you Diane James Home and Jane Beiles for my copy!!
