Thank you to all those who subscribed to the new blog!  You guys are the sweetest and the best!  I'm honored that you did and I will try my hardest to offer original and interesting content.  Please let me know if you want more of certain topics and less of others.  I will be happy to oblige.

ONE. Embroidery Class by Hibiscus Linens. If you live in Dallas I highly recommend coming to one of Hibiscus Linens' Embroidery classes occurring on the 29th and 30th of September at the Loveliest.  I took the Floral Embroidery Class last Spring and loved it. (You may remember I have this heart set of cocktail napkins from them and I also had some made for my daughter's First Communion).  I became quite obsessed after the class as I found embroidering so relaxing.  Embroidering is completely addicting! And imagine to design and embroider your own cocktail napkins and guest towels?!! You really do learn a lot and can totally make your own simple designs after the class.  Whose coming?!  I will be there!

TWO. @Savoygardens Instagram. Kristina Cook who runs @Savoygardens has amassed a huge following in such a short period of time with her spectacular and informative posts on stunning gardens from around the world. Not only will you love learning about these beautifully designed gardens and their designers but you will immediately have a million new places to add to your travel list because you will want to visit each and everyone one of these places.

THREE. Aelfie Rugs. They have a wonderful variety of colors and designs that are different and unique.  A rug can really unify a space and make a room if chosen correctly.  I don't think you can go wrong with an Aelfie rug.

FOUR. DYI Hoope Wreath I love finding cute DIYs that are easy and look good (many times the result can look cheap) so that my daughter and I can make them together, or that she can make with a friend.  I thought this was a great project.  I can envision these not only decorating a playroom or bedroom but also in small hoops I could envision them as place settings for a seated dinner, or as present toppers.  I think the sky is the limit with this one.

FIVE. Workout Gear by Carbon 38 Buying workout clothes has become way too complicated with so many brands and so many options.  This is why I like Carbon 38, they have great pieces all in one place and offer fabulous pieces that will take you from workout to office.  Look at this fabulous neoprene blazer you can wear to a dinner date after your yoga class. I love burning the calories before I consume them. Ha!
