Now that I have more time in my hands aside from anxiety cooking I’m also very obsessed with my skincare routine lately. Not only that, I’m flossing every night too! Ha! My grandmother always had the best skin. It was genetic, of course, but she would swear by a homemade face mask made of crushed-up egg shells and water. She would keep all the egg shells for the week, clean them and then crush them into powder, which she kept in a little container. When ready to use she would spoon some powder into her hand and add water. That’s it! I did it a few times and my skin did look great. What an easy and inexpensive treatment, unlike all the products I’m currently using.
With all this time on my hands I’m now rotating different products in the morning and evening and my skin is looking pretty good- healthy and glowing. I will share what is currently working for me and I would love your recommendations as well.
I use this to wash my face which I love but have been wanting to try this cleansing clay as well.
In the mornings and evenings I use some drops of this Hyaluronic acid and this facial oil that smells amazing. These leave my skin soft and moisturized. A few mornings a week I will add this on top. Some mornings however I might just do a moisturizer- I like this one and this one.
In the evenings aside from the drops I mentioned I like to alternate between this night cream and this one. Both are sensational and I highly recommend both. I also like to add eye cream. A few nights a week I like to only do retinol. And sometimes I like to do this pigment corrector that helps with my dark spots and this great line lightner.
I have heard great things about these under the eye masks. I just ordered some and they are on the way to me. I have been curious about trying this little set of products as well. It has a little of everything and they are the perfect travel size.
So many products, so little time. What is working for you? What products do you highly recommend?
